  • Contract compliance - review and recommendations

  • Introduction to all parties

  • Create and organize digital file

  • Track Buyer’s earnest money deposit/confirmation

  • Establish and maintain email communication with agents, clients and service providers as needed/desired throughout entire transaction 

  • Title Commitment order

  • Download, upload, maintain and distribute all documentation as needed and/or requested throughout transaction process

  • Confirm title is ordered and obtained 

  • Ensure disclosures are reviewed and signed by all parties 

  • Deadline compliance 

  • Request all required HOA documentation

  • Request all required Mill Tailing Reports

  • Ensure due diligence documents are being provided (if applicable)

  • Coordinate inspection scheduling

  • Compliance Amend/Extends of contracts throughout the transaction (if applicable)

  • Track and remind parties of upcoming deadlines

  • Obtain signatures for Broker-required auxiliary documentation 

  • Follow up with lender on status of appraisal (if applicable)

  • Liaison as needed to title, cooperating Brokers,      sub-contractors, inspectors, appraisers, etc.

  • Ensure all required documents are complete before/on closing

  • Coordinate and schedule closing arrangements

  • Final closing compliance review 

  • Submit completed file and documentation to Broker 

  • We will ensure all parties are up to date

  • You will be copied on all emails sent 

  • ‘List to Close’ services upon request
